Transportation Coordinator Job Summary Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm The Transportation Coordinator manages and optimizes daily delivery routes to ensure efficient, safe, and on-time transportation. It involves coordinating with sales, operations, and the driving team, updating routing systems, analyzing performance, and preparing efficiency reports. The position also supports Drivers, monitors fleet utilization, and schedules maintenance to improve overall logistics performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily Routing: Sequence stops in the most efficient way Balance cube to ensure most deliveries go on our own trucks to minimize common carrier utilization Provide guidance to sales, customer service and ops on how new customers will be delivered. About MedTrans: MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers our lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. JOB SUMMARY: The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Our Driver is starting at $27/hour. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Shifts: Mon - Fri (10pm start window, +/- 2hrs) Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
