The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the accounting and financial reporting activities. This position will assist with the month-end close process, prepare and analyze financial statements, support audit activities, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting efforts. Perform variance analysis and explain fluctuations in margins, labor, and operating expenses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity, corporate, or private equity-owned environment. Strong technical understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures. Experience supporting financial statement audits and external auditors. Proficiency in ERP systems (Viewpoint Spectrum, Service Titan, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to analyze data, identify variances, and communicate insights effectively. Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant, who under general supervision, performs fiscal accounting duties including maintenance of records and/or interacting with customers to receive payments, apply cash, analyze, and provide information, and explain company policies and procedures in response to inquiries.
