You'll thrive here if you're a true hunter - someone who enjoys creating warm leads from events, cold calls, and personal networking, and partnering with major enterprises like Phillips 66, USAA, Dell, Oracle, and Tesla. You'll represent a trusted global IT outsourcing and infrastructure partner serving Fortune-500 clients in cloud, datacenter, and managed service domains. What You'll Do Prospect and engage enterprise and mid-market clients through events, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referral networks. Build strong executive-level relationships and strategic partnerships in Texas. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions. Manage your pipeline with modern outreach tools - Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc. Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals (with uncapped commissions). What You'll Bring 5-10 years in IT services or technology solution sales. Strong track record developing new accounts and closing mid-to-large deals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Energy, persistence, and a passion for growing business from the ground up.
