Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This mid-level role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, developing strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a consistent, high-quality hiring experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and leadership, report directly to the Director of HR, and take full ownership of preparing and extending all offer letters, along managing the entire onboarding processes. This position will be located in the office. Currently Kelli's is located in Carrollton, TX but will be relocating to Coppell, TX at end of 2025.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage open requisitions across retail, administrative, operational, and professional roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and hiring strategies.
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate outreach, phone screenings, and interview coordination.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
Offer Management & Compliance
- Prepare, extend, and track all offer letters with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with Department Directors and the Director of HR on compensation discussions and offer terms.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and company policies.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
- Support employer branding efforts through job postings and candidate engagement.
Reporting & Technology
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate weekly recruiting and hiring metrics for HR leadership.
- Support onboarding coordination as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven recruiting experience in HR, agency or corporate environments
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to create and extend offer letters and handle compensation discussions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and hiring best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- PHR Certification (a plus)
