Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to fill an opening with an established law firm located in Cranston, RI. Interested candidates should have a minimum 1-7 years of experience in real estate law and estate tax returns, and be proficient in MS Office and accounting software's. Responsibilities of the Paralegal Coordinate due diligence for a variety of documentation pertaining to form LLC's, drafting deeds, and preparing requisite documents Drafting legal documents including deposition notices, certifications, contracts, briefs, complaints, subpoenas, motions, and pleadings Conducting legal research into estate law, and interviewing clients and witnesses Creating summaries of depositions and testimonies Organizing and maintaining legal files Filing documents with any applicable court systems Requirements of the Paralegal Bachelor's degree in related field or Paralegal Certificate Minimum 1- 7 years of experience preferably in real estate law Proficient in MS Office Excellent proofreading skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients Strong attention to detail Job Type: Full-time
