Director of Digital Distribution (Insurance)

Position: Head of Digital Markets to lead the growth and performance of our digital marketplace and agent portal. This role oversees digital carrier integrations, portal functionality, website enhancements, and the end-to-end digital experience for appointed agents nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Procure and onboard new digital markets; manage relationships with existing carriers and platforms.
- Lead integrations, API connections, SSO/login functionality, and overall portal performance.
- Maintain and enhance the INVO website, digital marketplace, and appetite filters.
- Improve the appointed agent experience through streamlined workflows, training, and digital engagement.
- Coordinate with carriers, tech vendors, and internal teams to launch new products and functionality.
- Monitor usage, digital premium growth, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in MGA, wholesaler, carrier, or digital insurance platform operations.
- Strong understanding of API-driven rating, underwriting workflows, and digital market functionality.
- Technical proficiency with portal systems, web platforms, and SSO architecture.
- Excellent relationship management and project leadership skills.
