• Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:30 am 5:30 pm
• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic, 14-16 patients per day
• Types of Cases: Chronic care management such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, etc.
• Credentialing: 30 90 days

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Certifications: DEA Schedule II, BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Active California license required
