• Must be open to hours plus call
• Must be willing to float to 4 facilities as needed
• Cases include endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, GYN robotics, and urology
• Required procedures include general, neuro/spine, vascular, ortho and vent management
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
