Our combined 407,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 88 grand and large format digital printers, custom automated finishing equipment, and coating capabilities to produce printed recyclable materials up to 16 ft wide. Our prepress department processes more than 20,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. Job Description Overview: Maintenance Technician The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician is to maintain production machinery and equipment. This entails hands-on troubleshooting and repair procedures. The Tech provides reactionary and emergency maintenance on shift which includes week-end and after-hours call-outs. The Technician performs routine maintenance under CGs Preventative Maintenance Programs as well as all work orders in the Emaint system. The Maintenance Technician helps control spare parts inventories and requisitions repair parts. The Maintenance Technician must develop a strong working knowledge of all production equipment; its operation and expertise in troubleshooting, set-up, and safety.
