What You Bring:

-Some leadership experience in retail, service, or team-based roles

-Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

-Willingness to work 45+ hours/week (including evenings/weekends)

-Bachelors degree preferredbut not required with relevant experience

-Openness to relocate within your region, if needed
