Description: Summary of the Position: The Maintenance Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring that all Pelican Brewing equipment and facilities are maintained in safe, reliable, and optimal working condition. You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts-so take those breaks to recharge! Crew-first mentality.
