Lead steering committee and governance forums with clear agendas, crisp decision points, documented outcomes, and follow-through on actions. Surface issues early and candidly, with recommended options, trade-offs, and business impacts. Develop executive dashboards and scorecards that connect delivery milestones to business outcomes and value creation. People Leadership & TMO Capability Building Directly lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Business Analysts assigned to transformation and enterprise initiatives. Establish common standards for project delivery, business analysis, requirements management, RAID management, status reporting, change control, and benefits tracking. What You Bring 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, PMO/TMO, business operations, or large-scale technology-enabled change.
