A minimum of 8-10 years of mid-senior-level experience in the public or energy sectors, including extensive work in regulatory affairs, energy policy, or utility law. Experience representing large industrial customers is highly advantageous. Proven ability to operate and communicate effectively at the highest levels of a corporation and with senior government officials. Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and influencing skills. Understanding of utility rate design, transmission planning, and/or the regulatory compact. A demonstrated ability to master complex subject matter and deploy it to achieve business objectives.
