Boeing Product Security Engineering (PSE) organization is actively seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to help build a world-class Product Security workforce. The selected candidate will be able to choose from the following work locations: Oklahoma City, OK; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; Ridely Park, PA; Seattle, WA; St Louis City, MO.
You will design and deliver people strategies to attract, develop, deploy, and retain high-performing engineers, and create practical staffing processes, manager tools, and career development resources. Partnering with engineering leaders, PSE business units, Government Operations, Legal, HR, and Finance, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve skill health, internal mobility, onboarding, learning pathways, and technical acumen. We're looking for a people-first, hands-on leader who can convert strategic vision into scalable programs that empower our teams and enable Boeing to deliver exceptional engineering.
