Join a highly skilled, 24/7 in-house hospitalist team at a leading Regional Perinatal Center in the heart of Silicon Valley. Position Highlights Provide continuous, 24/7 in-house OB-GYN hospitalist coverage Attend deliveries and manage obstetrical triage cases Evaluate and manage obstetric patients in collaboration with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists Assist in gynecologic and obstetric surgical procedures as needed Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery Provide emergency room coverage for OB-GYN patients Work alongside a dedicated team within a hospital featuring a Level III NICU and affiliated neonatologists Participate in community backup call for gynecologic surgeries Full-time, permanent position requiring local residency (relocation assistance may be available) Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experienced candidates only (no new grads) Not able to accommodatelocum tenens or visa candidates Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $296,400 " $416,100 annually , plus potential annual bonus Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision, prescription, and Teladoc services Disability and life insurance (short- and long-term, dependent coverage, AD&D) Financial benefits: HSA, FSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid parental leave, sick time (40 hours annually after 90 days), and continuing education assistance Additional perks: fertility benefits (Progyny), EAP, Aflac plans, identity theft protection, charitable fund, access, and employee discount programs
