This role will ensure a seamless flow of financial data for the client and internal teams. This individual will support business-critical processes from portfolio management system conversions to performance reconciliation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This person will be a part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and efficiency, working with cutting-edge technology to streamline client onboarding and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field 2-5+ years in the financial industry, demonstrating a proven track record of financial product support, technical proficiency, and solid accounting knowledge Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems, such as Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, Tamarac Strong background working with financial custodial data and proficiency supporting alternative financial instruments Advanced proficiency in Excel and text file manipulation. Familiarity with other data formats, such as JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured transformation is a plus Experience with at least one of the following: Python, SQL, Power Automate or other large data set software, demonstrating the ability to extract and transform data Demonstrated history of automating data-related processes such as data integration, including log file creation and maintenance Understanding of Salesforce, Jira, and GitLab Comfort working with a geographically dispersed team Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with clients as needed Achievement of, or working towards, an MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP is a plus Key Responsibilities: Lead data conversion projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between portfolio management systems. This involves understanding source system requirements, mapping data to new system standards, and managing the conversion of large datasets from legacy systems. Integrate historical financial data by converting potentially complex and unstructured data files and statements into structured formats suitable for backfilling. Provide support for automated data feeds, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the seamless transformation of daily financial transactions and positions into source system imports. This requires a strong understanding of the automated data processing system. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams, providing timely and accurate information. Work Location: This is a remote position with a regional focus. This position supports customers in North Carolina . While the role primarily supports working from home, the individual performing this role would live within or adjacent to this region. Staples is business to business. You're what binds us together. Responsible for driving account growth and profitability strategy, primarily by securing incremental and renewal contractual commitments from Economic Buying Influences (EBIs) and Technical Buying Influences (TBIs) across all categories of products, as well as driving sales at sites and with Power users Key Account Executives are also responsible for mapping an account growth strategy and are responsible for teaming with category experts where necessary to penetrate and grow accounts, as well as add value to our customers purchasing process This is a strategic selling position, expected to engage contacts remotely by phone, video, face to face, and utilizing digital tools. What you'll be doing: Utilize prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities and drive efficiency, as well as to document customer engagement and information (ex: Prioritized Insights and SFDC). Lead Key Account selling team (i.e. category experts, site development, CSM, sales engineers, etc.) to execute account growth plan Collaborates with Revenue Management Team on specific opportunities to make discretionary pricing decisions based on knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential, as well as pass BPIs based on contract language.
