Coverage Needed:

• ASAP Ongoing
• Coverage for one week a month, preferably the same provider each month
• Hospital and call coverage from Monday to Sunday
• Call Coverage Monday Sunday

Clinical Details:

• Rounding and ICU: patients
• Inpatients: 5
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Active AZ license or Active IMLC
• Board certified in Urology
• BLS, ACLS
• Trauma Level 1 experience
