About Us
We're a community-driven brewpub blending scratch-made food, craft beer, and Colorado mountain-lodge vibes. At our Littleton location, we're looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads by example-keeping standards high, food consistent, and culture positive.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all kitchen operations: prep, cooking, plating, sanitation, and closing procedures
Train, coach, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain labor & food-cost targets
Provide guidance and teaching for culinary interns and ProStart students, helping develop skills and confidence in a professional kitchen
Ensure full compliance with Jefferson County Health Department & CDPHE food-safety regulations
Maintain proper labeling, dating, and storage systems aligned with safe food-handling procedures
Collaborate with management and chefs on menu execution and seasonal specials
Uphold quality, speed, and presentation standards for every dish
Support a safe, respectful, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of kitchen management or lead-cook experience in a full-service restaurant
Current Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credential required (e.g., ServSafe Manager or equivalent recognized by CDPHE)
Strong working knowledge of food safety, prep organization, line execution
Proven ability to lead and train a team effectively under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Passion for craft beer, scratch cooking, and mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals
