Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication skills and facilitate optimal swallowing function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as facility policies and procedures related to patient care, documentation, and safety. Qualifications: Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Florida. CPR certification (preferred). Previous experience in a clinical setting or with pediatric and geriatric populations is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
