Compensation & Benefits : 
- Competitive Compensation:  $70,000-$112,000 based on experience + Merit and market-based annual increases

Qualifications
- Degree:  Master's in Physical Therapy preferred 
- Certifications:  Basic Life Support (BLS) provided during onboarding 
- Licensure:  Indiana PT licensure or eligible 
- Skillset:  Experience in outpatient ortho, swing bed rehab, EMG, and multidisciplinary team care 
- Experience:  New grads and experienced PTs welcome; mentorship and structured onboarding included
