Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Location: St. Charles Bend

Our Level III NICU in Bend, Oregon, provides compassionate, family-centered care for newborns and their families. We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team.

Your Schedule
- 24/7 NNP coverage with both day and night shifts
- Flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts with structured handoffs at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
- No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high
What You Bring
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting
- Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.)
- Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments
