Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Location: St. Charles Bend

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team.

Your Schedule

  • Flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts with structured handoffs at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
  • No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high

What You Bring

  • Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting
  • Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.)
  • Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments
