Assist with questions regarding the claims process and set expectations for next steps to help ensure claims are effectively resolved and accurately documented. Resolve status inquiries and, when appropriate, route to handling adjuster. United Surgical Partners International (USPI), the country's largest Ambulatory Surgery Center platform, is seeking an RN/Surgery Center Administrator for Memorial Hermann North Houston Endoscopy & Surgery located on the north side of Houston, TX. This state-of-the art, multi-specialty facility performs procedures in the areas of GI, Pain Management and Colorectal. There are 4 Operating Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms. The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure. Job Summary Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. Responsibilities and Expectations The daily operation of the facility. Serving, along with any committee appointed for the purpose, as a liaison between the Governing Board, the Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility. Reporting the pertinent activities concerning the facility to the Governing Board at regular intervals. Appointing a person responsible for the facility in the absence of the Administrator. Planning for the services provided by the facility and the operation of the facility. Overall management of the Partnership as outlined in the Operating or Limited Partnership Agreement as applicable.
