Oct 27-31
Nov 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-26, 28
Dec 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-24, 29-31
Jan 2, 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7a- 5p, Fri 7a-12p (Christmas eve 7a-1p, NYE 7a-3p
Pay: Starting at $125-$135/hour +
Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSD (if required), surgical extractions
Support Staff: 3 DAs, 1 Managing Clinical Director, office manager, back office admin
