The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). Job Description The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) invites applications for the position of Executive Director of Operations. This is a renewable, full-time, non-tenured, administrative position and reports to the Chancellor. The position may be located in either Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada.
