Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances. Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works under general direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's or higher in one of relevant fields of study listed Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard Experience presenting technical briefings to various audiences More than 1 year of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment More than 1 year of experience working Root Cause Corrective Action More than 1 year of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes First Article Inspection (FAI) experience More than 1 year of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience More than 1 year of experience performing line stock checks Active U.S. Security Clearance More than 1 year of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams More than 3 years of experience presenting technical briefings to various audiences Experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership Experience working with and building cross functional teams and partnerships with multiple stakeholders within the company, including engineering Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
