Position Summary: The Field Technician will travel to store locations to perform maintenance and service repairs on various types of commercial food service equipment. Candidate will work with dispatchers and team supervisors to manage workload to complete calls in timely manner. Join Our Team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician As a Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you'll travel to customer sites across southeastern Minnesota to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment. You'll be a trusted partner in keeping our customers' equipment operating at peak performance. Looking for candidates living in southeastern Minnesota - Rochester, Winona, etc., or La Crosse, Wisconsin. Your Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on CNC metal-cutting equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments. Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time. Other duties as required. What You Bring Previous industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel locally and stay overnight 6-8 times per month.
