Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our NEW clinic in Red Oak, TX to work collaboratively with team of providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

MMG offers a spectrum of medical and surgical specialties including; Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, Neurological Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedic Surgery, Transplant Surgery and various other specialty service lines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with acute or chronic conditions
• Provide physical exams and assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions
• Evaluating patients conditions and identifying acute conditions that could lead to instability and diagnosing care and treatment
• Communicate with patients, families about treatment
• Collaborate with other physicians and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's Degree
• Recognition as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas
• Unrestricted Texas Medical License and DEA
• At least two (2) years of experience, required
  • Must be current in CPR and BLS certification
