• Starts ASAP ongoing
• Monday, August 18 at 7am Thursday, August 21 at 7am day shift + call
  Friday, September 5 at 3pm Tuesday, September 9 at 3pm weekend call, M T day shifts
• All CRNA, no MDA's
• Cases: General, ortho, upper and lower extremity blocks, must be proficient in labor epidurals
• EMR: Epic
