CRNA needed in Oklahoma

Immediate Need for CRNA in Oklahoma

• Late August start
• CRNA only model
• 3 weeks on, 5 weeks off
• Schedule: Mon Fri 7 AM 3 PM; Callback is light
• Call Rotation: Week 1 Call Monday, Friday, Saturday ; Week 2 Call Sunday and Wednesday; Week 3 Call Tuesday and Thursday
• Cases: General, GI, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Eyes, ENT, and Dental Restoration
• Providers can perform their own blocks
  • Not required and will train if wanted
• No Set Bill Rate; Stick to $250 MAX Provider Rate
