Position Overview
 • Assist the cardiovascular surgical team by preparing the OR with instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to open-heart and vascular procedures
 • Maintain strict sterile technique during all phases of surgery
 • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently
 • Support intraoperative care for complex CVOR cases including CABG, valve repair, and aortic procedures
 • Participate in OR turnover, instrument processing, and case preparation
 • Monitor and maintain surgical equipment used in CVOR procedures
 • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
