  • Work Dates Needed: PRN dates as needed
  • Preferred Schedule: 8a-4p or 4p-11p
  • Worksite Setting: Urgent Care
  • Scope of Work: Basic urgent care duties and responsibilities seeing patients of all ages.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CO license, BLS, DEA, and credentialing with CO Medicaid and Medicare. Provider must be able to splint/suture.
  • EMR: CharmHealth
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour + mileage
