• 4 days clinic 8am - 5pm with 8 days call monthly
• 15 - 20 patients per day, 6 deliveries per week
• CNMs provide primary weekend call coverage
• Minimum availability needed 1 - 2 weeks per month
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
