Occupational Medicine Director physician job in Virginia : Supervising Physician FAST-C Blackstone Hours Required ' 8 hours per month on an ongoing basis Compensation: $1280.00 per month ' This compensation is based upon the estimated work on a hourly basis of 8 hours per month at the compensation rate of $160.00 per hour. Oversight Physician Services. a) At the Clinic, Occupational Health Physician will provide Oversight Physician Services in support of the Clinic's ongoing operation. Hours required for the provision of Oversight Physician Services are established to consist of eight (8) hours per month, on an ongoing basis. The duties to be performed by Occupational Health Physician are provided in Exhibit A. b) Oversight Physician Services will be furnished on a virtual basis. However, as mutually agreeable, Occupational Health Physician may schedule an onsite visit to the Clinic for onsite review. If such an onsite visit is conducted then the hours of operation by Occupational Health Physician during the month in which the visit occurs and during the preceding and immediately subsequent month will be reduced accordingly so that no more than eight (8) hours of service are required per month in support of Clinic operation. c) If an onsite visit is agreed upon then Sterling Medical will pay the cost of travel by the Occupational Health Physician to the Clinic location inclusive of round-trip flight, rental automobile, and onsite lodging, if required. Overview of Clinic Services At the Clinic, the Physician Assistant, Occupational Health Nurse, and Certified Medical Assistant will provide occupational health services in support of the workplace needs of the Department of State ('DOS') workforce at the Blackstone Site. The Clinic will perform treatment of management of work injuries, advice and support for medical surveillance exams and fitness for duty exams, and occupational surveillance services, including audiogram screenings, blood level lab testing, and lead exposure exams.
