United Surgical Partners International (USPI), the country's largest Ambulatory Surgery Center platform, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Webster Outpatient Surgery Center located in San Ramon, CA. (Greater San Francisco Bay Area). Webster Outpatient Surgery Center in Walnut Creek, CA is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Webster Outpatient Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This state-of-the-art, multispecialty facility performs procedures in: Orthopedics, Pain Management and Plastic Surgery. There are 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Treatment Room The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure. Job Summary Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. Responsibilities and Expectations The daily operation of the facility. Serving, along with any committee appointed for the purpose, as a liaison between the Governing Board, the Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility.
