$10,000 Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance The Clinical Director is one of the senior clinical leaders and as such, oversees and manages the operations and administrative functions of their clinic. The Clinical Director directly supervises, mentors and coaches clinicians and is responsible for the performance and results of the clinical team, ensuring that clients and families are receiving high quality, effective services to address client needs.
