M-F 8 AM-5 PM. Competitive compensation and full benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement. Manage complex, multi-morbid patients across SNF's and LTAC's. EMR is RXNT. Must have active and unrestricted FNP, AGNP, or PA license.
