Job Summary: We are seeking an Interim Nursing Director to lead and manage our nursing unit. This role involves overseeing all nursing personnel operations, developing departmental goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Manage and lead all nursing personnel operations within the unit. Develop short- and long-term goals for the nursing department. Establish new policies and update existing policies to enhance the standard of care for patients. Plan and oversee patient admissions and nursing procedures. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in nursing practice
