• Clinic Hours:

• Mon Thu: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Fri: 7:30 AM 12:00 PM

• Clinic Volume: 2 patients/hour (varies by appointment length)

• Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner + 3 Nurses per shift

• Procedures:

• Suction D&C

• Laparoscopy

• NST interpretation

• C-sections

• Circumcisions

• Tubal ligations

• EMR: EPIC

• Dictation Tool: Dragon

Requirements

• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years), ACLS, BLS, PALS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year

• Case Logs: 50 deliveries + 25 GYN procedures in past 12 months

• Licensing: MI license or IMLC letter of qualification accepted

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (prioritized by start date)

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Rate: $4000 (all-inclusive, excluding travel)
