About the Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our inpatient Gastroenterology team in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida.

You ll work directly with a team of respected gastroenterologists and hospitalists across two state-of-the-art campuses, delivering high-quality inpatient GI care to a diverse and growing patient population. This is a great opportunity for an APP who thrives in a hospital environment and enjoys team-based care with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and work-life balance.

What You ll Do:

• Provide inpatient care and consultations for GI patients at both AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway and AdventHealth Palm Coast
• Collaborate with GI physicians, hospitalists, and nursing teams
• Perform comprehensive assessments, manage acute GI conditions, and coordinate care
• Participate in daily rounding, discharge planning, and transitions of care
• Serve as a key clinical liaison within the inpatient GI service line
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives

What We re Looking For:

• Board-certified PA-C or APRN (FNP or AGNP)
• Active or eligible Florida license
• Prior inpatient experience preferred (GI or hospitalist exposure a plus!)
• Strong clinical acumen, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-player mentality with a patient-first mindset
• Confident working autonomously in a hospital-based setting
