Position Description Work Dates Needed: Immediate, Ongoing Coverage Preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday F 8am to 5pm, rotating Saturday every 7 weeks 8am to 12pm Worksite Setting: Outpatient, FQHC Scope of Work: Infectious Disease Physician, evening may be required, telephone calls may be required, 18 to 21 patients per day Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA licenses, BC or BE in Infectious Disease, Current DEA registration (all schedules) and a minimum of a BLS certificate, EMR: Nextgen
