Purpose of the Position: This position will ensure serving area is supplied with clean, sanitized china and service ware. This position also ensures that the dish room is operated in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.

• Ability to safely lift and carry moderate loads (20-50 lbs.) in accordance with established safety protocols

• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing job-related tasks
• Ability to bend, kneel, or crouch as needed to complete assigned duties
• Ability to walk for extended periods or distances as required by the job

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required : Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience:

• Experience as a dishwasher
• Supervisory experience

Additional Consideration(s): Education:

• Experience in a high volume kitchen in an educational or institutional setting
• ServSafe certified or equivalent food handler program

Salary Information: Starting at $31,720, Commensurate with Education and Experience
