Differential/Power Dividers - Diagnose, remove, rebuild and reinstallation, as necessary. • Starters/Alternators - Diagnose, remove, repair, and replace as censer. • Air Conditioning Systems - Trained/Certified, diagnose electrical and mechanical defects, repair, component replacement, evaluation, and charging. Fan Clutches - Diagnose, remove, rebuild and reinstallation, as necessary. • Power Steering Systems - Diagnose, adjust, and repair, as necessary. • Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems - Diagnose, remove, rebuild, reinstallation, and adjustment, as necessary. Brake certified. • Clutches - Diagnose, remove and reinstallation, as necessary. • PTO Systems - Installation of PTO System and related hydraulic components. Diagnose, remove rebuild and reinstallation and adjustment, as necessary. • Tires - Remove, install and algin chassis. • Engine Electronics (Gas and Diesel) - adjust and repair, as necessary. Working Conditions: • Work outdoors in different weather conditions. • Exposure to used cooking oil odors. Specific Duties: Technician I Employees perform the following functions with no assistance: • Perform all levels of preventative maintenance • Identify and determine parts require for repair of disassembled units • Identify warrantable repairs and document appropriately • Maintain work area appearance and safety • Road test vehicles as necessary • Performance and prospective duties in a timely and efficient matter • All duties of lower job classifications. • Follow all safety rules and procedures. • Fully participate and support all safety initiatives. • Think safety and continually scan the work environment; make suggestions for corrections and improvements. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to lift, push or pull up to at least 50 lbs. • Ability to provide the above major functions, specific duties and with the experience listed above. • Good driving record. • Ability to drive manual 8- and/or 10 and or 13 transmissions preferred. • Ability to drive automatic transmissions and use of PTO. • Superb communication skills (verbal and written). • Computer skills. • Team player. • Multitasking skills.
