Communicates any discrepancy or areas of concern to supervisory staff. Maintains a complete and accurate waiting list. Ensures individual and project compliance with Fair Housing laws. Participates in annual Fair Housing training. Ensures complete and compliant tenant files that meet LSS, state and IRS standards/regulations. Maintains tenant files as assigned. Implements LSS and municipal expectations as related to project curb appeal and facility standards.
