Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead trainer for the AWE Coaching Program, delivering high-quality training sessions for child welfare professionals and coaches.
  • Facilitate coaching-related training for other child welfare organizations and professionals as part of the Coaching Program's expansion efforts.
  • Support the ongoing learning and development of coaches, ensuring they remain engaged and up to date with best practices.
  • Train on additional content areas, including Well-Being Program initiatives and other GROW Center projects, as needed.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts and program leaders to ensure training is relevant, effective and well-integrated into broader organization initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of training content to enhance participants experience and program impact.
  • Facilitate peer learning opportunities and discussions to enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing among coaches.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to include FICW communications team, FICW evaluation team, FICW administration team, and curriculum and content developers.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: or a post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
  • Two years' experience in child welfare
  • Two years' experience in online and in-person training facilitation
  • Certification as a Child Welfare Trainer
  • Knowledge of child welfare practices in Florida.
