FORKLIFT OPERATOR (Charlotte, NC 28273) Forklift Operator- Job Description We are looking for a skilled and safety-driven Forklift Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling product movement, including picking and staging customer orders, replenishing inventory, and maintaining accurate product placement. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has a minimum of 2 years forklift experience, at least one year of recent reach truck operation experience, potentially at last job, employed at last job a minimum of 3 months, and holds a high standard of accuracy and safety. Forklift Operator - Requirements: Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience required Recent reach truck operation experience, potentially at last job required. Employed at last job a minimum of 3 months required Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Ability to sit and position body to drive backward on a powered industrial truck for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move materials as needed Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs. if necessary. Forklift Operator - Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (must be flexible) Summer months until job is finished, Saturday or Sunday as needed Or - Friday-Tuesday (8am-until the job is finished) Forklift Operator - Pay Rate $16 - $18.50 per hour DOE and shift Weekly Pay!
