Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
About Our Client

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present suitable final expense insurance solutions based on client profiles
• Close sales in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools
• Attend training sessions and team meetings remotely
• Adhere to compliance standards and client confidentiality protocols
Requirements:
• Active life insurance license (required)
• Must be licensed in a minimum of three of the following states: FL, GA, TX, TN, SC
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quality PC or laptop with camera and audio capabilities
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
Compensation & Growth:
• Commission-based earnings:
- Fewer than 5 deals/month: 24%
- 5-9 deals/month: 26%
- 10-14 deals/month: 28%
- 15-19 deals/month: 30%
- 20+ deals/month: 32%
