Florida State University is currently in the leadership phase of a comprehensive campaign. As the leadership phase of the campaign begins, the Division of University Advancement is accelerating the hiring of additional Gift and Estate Planning professionals' campus-wide and is excited to build out its team. ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Associate Director of Gift and Estate Planning will strategically develop and implement a personalized solicitation program to generate philanthropic support for Florida State University's academic programs. This role focuses on maximizing the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of planned giving prospects and donors, with the goal of securing commitments of $100,000 or more.

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and nine years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to nine years.)
Must have a valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License, or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
Must be able to travel frequently.
