Job Description

Requirements: Acquaint yourself with our shipping and warehouse operation processes. Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift, move and carry materials up to 30 lbs. Process product orders using the FIFO method through our ERP system. Effectively utilize computer systems to manage and process shipping documents. Maintain organization and control over shipping documents and Proof of Delivery (POD) records. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Accurate counting skills. Contribute to inventory management and participate in regular stock audits. Adhere to safety and security protocols within the warehouse. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry. Able to use ERP is a big plus. Exceptional multitasking abilities and a meticulous attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and interdepartmental communication. Self-motivated and capable of working independently after initial training. Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
