Regional Operations Manager - Northeast 
 Location: Remote based out of PA, NJ, MA preferred, with up to 75% travel across the Northeast including Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. 
 
 
 Position Highlights:  
 Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to support our growing network of oral surgery practices throughout the Northeast. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the patient experience, practice efficiency, regional growth and success of multiple oral surgery practices. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional patient care. 
 Role and Responsibilities: 
-  Provide guidance and support to practice administrators and staff to optimize workflow, patient satisfaction, and overall productivity. 
 -  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance. Take proactive measures to address any areas for improvement. 
 -  Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple oral surgery practices within the assigned region. 
 -  Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency across all practices. 
 -  Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. 
 -  Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to practice administrators and staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 
 -  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drive individual and team growth and development. 
 -  Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion within the region. 
 -  Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new patients, and drive patient referrals to the practices. 
 -  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices governing oral surgery practices. 
 -  Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and legal requirements, and implement necessary updates and training to ensure compliance. 
 -  Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for key leadership and clinical positions within the region. 
 -  Performs other related duties as required 
 
 Qualifications: 
-  5+ years of experience in dental practice operations, including multi-site or regional leadership 
 -  Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and team developmen t 
 - Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, revenue cycle management, and P&L management 
 -  Deep understanding of dental workflows, oral surgery procedures, and patient care standards in specialty practices 
 -  Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry/market trends 
 -  Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals 
 -  Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives 
 -  Proficiency in Practice Management Software systems and Microsoft Office Suite 
 -  Based in the Northeast and able to travel up to 75% within the assigned region 
 -  Experience specifically within oral surgery specialty practice s is preferred 
 -  Background in scaling operations during periods of rapid growth 
 -  Experience with KPI tracking and the use of data analytics in decision-maki ng 
 -  Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related fiel d
