Job Description
Executive Institute Programs (EI) & Strategic Planning Support Contractor Duration: 3-4 months Hours: 30 hours/week (flexible based on need) Hourly W-2 rate is Negotiable Reports to: Executive Institute Lead Provide operational, programmatic, and strategic planning support to the Executive Institute team to reduce backlog, deliver outstanding participant experiences, and prepare for program planning and execution. Program Management & Operational Support • Develop and refine "program in a box" documentation for each EI program. • Audit, organize, and update program documents using the governance checklist. • Maintain organized file structures in SharePoint or Teams • Coordinate logistics for 2025+ sessions with adjacent teams (rooms, facilitators, tech, coaching, assessments). • Manage program communications timelines and organize assets. • Assist with program coordination and scheduling. • Develop planning materials to support EI's 2026 strategy discussions. • Support data collection, organization, and maintenance. • Track participant engagement, feedback, and milestones. • Synthesize data from past participant feedback and survey results to identify themes and gaps. • Maintain repository of program health data • Maintain repository of program participant demographic data • Conduct internal and external research • Evaluate emerging trends and best practices in executive leadership development (at all levels) from industry and thought leaders, including transition, in-role and preparing for the next role • Create a strategy and plan to interview or survey key stakeholders (leaders, past participants, sponsors) to gather insight. • Map leadership development experiences for all levels of executive leadership; identify pain points and key learning moments. • Utilize data to crosswalk current program content with enterprise leadership capabilities and identify gaps. • Build a heat map of cohort participation aligned with pipeline or succession insights. • Finalized "program in a box" documentation for each EI program. • Updated program documents with audit results and governance checklist applied. • Organized file structures in SharePoint or Teams, with a clear folder hierarchy and naming conventions. • Detailed logistics plan for 2025+ sessions, including room bookings, facilitator schedules, tech setup, coaching schedules, and assessment plans. • Communication timelines and organized assets, including emails, brochures, and PowerPoint decks. • Coordinated schedules and timelines for program activities and sessions. • Comprehensive planning materials to support EI's 2026 strategy discussions, including agendas, presentation slides and discussion points. • Collected and organized data sets, including participant engagement metrics, feedback summaries, and milestone tracking. • Synthesized report identifying themes and gaps from past participant feedback and survey results. • Maintained repositories of program health data and participant demographic data. • Research reports on emerging trends and best practices in executive leadership development. • Strategy and plan documents for interviewing or surveying key stakeholders. • Mapped leadership development experiences with identified pain points and key learning moments. • Crosswalk analysis report of current program content with enterprise leadership capabilities and identified gaps. • Heat map of cohort participation aligned with pipeline or succession insights. Experience Requirements • Experience in leadership development or L&D project management • Strong writing, organization, and synthesis skills • Familiarity with executive education or leadership frameworks • Ability to navigate SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
